OneBeat Terms of Service

Welcome to OneBeat. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and us (Developer: Atomic Navigate; Operating Entity: SIGNS LOERA LLC) concerning the download, registration, and use of this application. The Terms are organized around three themes: your rights, your obligations, and the platform's responsibilities. Please read them carefully before registering or using the service. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using OneBeat in any manner, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms together with the OneBeat Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part hereof, please discontinue use of the application immediately.

I. Your Eligibility

The services of this application are made available to adults. You must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full capacity for civil conduct before you become eligible to register an account and use the platform. No individual under the age of 18 may register, log in, or use any feature of OneBeat.

II. Rights You Enjoy

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are entitled to the following benefits with respect to OneBeat:

• The right to browse, initiate, and receive chats, matches, and other interactive features;
• The right to decide independently whether to purchase membership or virtual benefits and other value-added services;
• The right to terminate your account and discontinue use at any time of your choosing; see the OneBeat account deletion page for details;
• Data rights, including the right to access, correct, and delete personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

III. Obligations You Must Fulfill

You undertake to observe applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules when using the service, and you shall not engage in any of the following categories of conduct:

(1) Publishing prohibited content.

You shall not upload, post, or disseminate information that:

• Constitutes hate speech, violent threats, self-harm content, or nude imagery;
• Contains discriminatory language, terrorism-related material, illicit drug dealing information, or cyberbullying content;
• Infringes the reputation, privacy, portrait rights, or intellectual property of others.

(2) Using false identities.

You shall not impersonate others, fabricate identities, misappropriate another person's profile, or register accounts using false or inaccurate information.

(3) Disrupting platform order.

You shall not engage in destructive conduct, including:

• Creating a large number of fake accounts or using automated scripts to scrape data;
• Maliciously reporting other users, exploiting vulnerabilities to farm virtual items, or reverse-engineering the client;
• Bulk-adding friends to send advertisements, cheating through third-party plugins, or misappropriating the accounts of others.

(4) Other unlawful activities.

You shall not use the platform to commit any act that violates the laws of your applicable jurisdiction, or to assist others in doing so.

IV. Payment and Subscription Rules

Certain premium features of OneBeat are unlocked through in-app purchases. All payments are processed through the official Google Play Billing system, and we do not collect sensitive information such as your bank card number or payment password.

Subscription services are governed by the following rules:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled by you;
• If you wish to stop renewal, you must complete the cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle; otherwise, the fee for the next cycle will be charged automatically;
• You may manage your subscriptions at any time in Google Play by following: Google Play → Account → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions;
• Upon cancellation, existing benefits within the paid period remain unaffected, and no further fees are charged after expiry.

V. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

Platform intellectual property. All intellectual achievements contained in OneBeat, including software code, interface design, icons, trademarks, copy, and functional layout, are owned by us or the respective right holders and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Without prior written permission, you shall not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or exploit them for commercial purposes.

Ownership of user content. Original content uploaded or published by you during use, including text, images, and voice, remains your own intellectual property.

Grant of license. For the purpose of providing and maintaining the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, display, transmit, and technically process such user content as necessary. This license terminates when you delete your account, except where retention is required by law.

VI. Platform Liability and Risk Notice

OneBeat serves solely as a platform providing online social and technical services. It does not participate in or intervene in private interactions between users. Chats, dates, and offline meetings between you and others are entirely voluntary acts, and the associated risks must be assessed and borne by you.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and for all activities conducted under your account. Any loss, dispute, or consequence arising from your voluntary conduct, offline activities, or personal decisions shall be borne by you, and the platform shall not bear corresponding liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

VII. Handling of Violations and Account Termination

If you breach these Terms or platform rules, we may, depending on the severity of the violation, take one or more of the following measures:

• Issue a warning and require rectification within a specified period;
• Remove or hide the offending content;
• Restrict the use of certain features;
• Temporarily or permanently ban the account and terminate service to you;
• Report the matter to the competent authorities where necessary and cooperate with their investigation.

Once your account is terminated, you will no longer be able to log in or use the relevant services, and we will process the relevant data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Where the account action results from your own violation, we shall not be liable for any compensation.

VIII. Protection of Minors

OneBeat is provided exclusively to adults aged 18 and above. If we discover that a minor is using an account or that related violations exist, we will immediately restrict access, close the account, and delete the relevant information. IX. Amendment and Dispute Resolution

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any revised version will be published on this page and within the application together with an updated date; your continued use of the service after the revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. The formation, validity, and performance of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the place where the operating entity is located. Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, they may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction at the operating entity's location.
