OneBeat Child Safety Standards

Protecting children and minors from harm in any form is an unwavering commitment of OneBeat. This document sets out our complete approach to child safety in three parts: our policy, the mechanisms through which it is enforced, and the consequences that follow any violation.

Our Policy: A Zero-Tolerance Stance

OneBeat maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or conduct involving child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE). This application is available exclusively to adults aged 18 and over, and no minor may register for or use the platform. Content that sexualizes minors or seeks inappropriate contact with them is likewise prohibited in all forms.

With respect to child sexual exploitation and abuse, we expressly prohibit the following:

• Producing, uploading, disseminating, or storing any content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• Engaging in any form of grooming of a minor, including sexual inducement pursued through the building of trust;
• Publishing child pornography in any form, whether conveyed through text, images, voice, or video;
• Using platform features to approach, lure, threaten, or harm minors, or to solicit a child's contact details or intimate images;
• Advocating for, glorifying, or encouraging any of the foregoing conduct.

Any conduct that violates the provisions above will be handled immediately upon confirmation, without exception.

Enforcement: How the Policy Is Implemented

To give practical effect to our zero-tolerance policy, we have established a multi-layered enforcement framework:

(1) Age restriction and verification.

Users must declare their age truthfully at registration, and only applicants aged 18 and above are accepted. The system intercepts age declarations that are clearly anomalous and reviews accounts suspected of impersonating adults. We reserve the right to request additional identity information in order to verify age.

(2) Review of content and conduct.

We employ a combination of automated detection technology and human review procedures to monitor public content, chat text, images, and user behavior, with particular attention to signals that may indicate a minor is at risk. Reported content receives priority review.

(3) Reporting channels.

We provide all users and third parties with two routes for reporting any content or conduct suspected of harming minors:

• In-app reporting: submit a report through the reporting option on chat screens or user profiles, optionally with additional explanation and evidence;
• Email reporting: send a message to service@onebeat-chat.com, providing, where possible, details of the reported party, the time of occurrence, and the circumstances.

Every report is logged, assessed, and incorporated into the handling process. We are committed to keeping the identity of reporters confidential.

Consequences: Actions Taken Against Violations

Where a child safety violation is established, we will take one or more of the following measures according to the severity of the case, and such measures may be applied concurrently:

• Immediate removal of the offending content and prevention of its republication;
• Restriction of some or all account features;
• Temporary or permanent suspension of the offending account and termination of access;
• Retention of necessary records and evidence relating to the violation;
• Cooperation with law enforcement investigations as required by law, and referral to the competent authorities where applicable.

In serious cases involving child sexual exploitation and abuse, we will not hesitate to refer the matter to the appropriate authorities and will fully cooperate with subsequent legal proceedings.

Information for Parents and Users

If you are a parent or guardian and have discovered that a minor is using OneBeat, please contact us immediately at the email address above so that we can assist in closing the account and deleting the associated data.

If you are a user and observe any indication that a minor may be at risk, please do not remain silent; report it without delay through the in-app reporting function or by email. Every report you submit may prevent harm from occurring.
